We have been working towards solutions that deal with the current situation including social distancing and preparing a coping strategy should restrictions be increased.
In order to best protect our clients and the Hunts team, we have taken the decision that from 24th March the team will be working from home.
We want to assure you this won’t impact our service as we have the following in place:
We have remote IT systems which means all of our team can work from home with 100% of the capability that we have in the office.We will be organising meetings with clients via various methods from telephone though video conferencing and document sharing.
We have added a new reception menu service to our phone systems. Other than this, there are no changes to telephone communication and the team will all still be contactable by phone.
As you will have seen, we will be emailing and posting on our website, information that will help and support you during this difficult time.
Where you need to organise the drop off or collection of records, please telephone us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
